"I've been with Becky Jordan 30+ years and I have never had an issue. She handles my auto, home, and life policies. When friends were complaining about hikes in insurance rates, I was grateful to see mine remained the same. But when I moved home to KY I was reassigned to a new State Farm office and had a miserable experience with them. "I have used Becky Jordan's State Farm Insurance since my first car in college (1980). I chose the company and specifically Becky's Georgetown office because my parents trusted them first. Over the 44 years, I've 100% trusted them, adding additional policies (3 houses, 7 cars, life insurance, etc.). As a multi policy holder I value the staffs personal touch, professionalism, and consistency. Their rates keep me as a satisfied customer. If I have a question they are always there to answer and guide. It feels comforting to call a business and they actually KNOW you!"
