"I have used Becky Jordan's State Farm Insurance since my first car in college (1980). I chose the company and specifically Becky's Georgetown office because my parents trusted them first. Over the 44 years, I've 100% trusted them, adding additional policies (3 houses, 7 cars, life insurance, etc.). As a multi policy holder I value the staffs personal touch, professionalism, and consistency. Their rates keep me as a satisfied customer. If I have a question they are always there to answer and guide. It feels comforting to call a business and they actually KNOW you!"

"My family has had policies with her since March of 2022. During this time we have had to make changes to life insurance polices on more than one occasion. For these changes, her agent in office, has not one time known what to do. This has included guaranteed insurability, changing the amount paid for a universal life policy, and others. Today, I finally had enough after being asked if the State Farm Life Insurance Company had told me how much to increase it by. I responded by telling her no, that I was informed to call her, to which she told me, "I don't know and will have to call to find out." I did tell her just to find out what $85 would do. I did this being she had no starting place. Upon hanging up, I made the decision to switch agents. There are 3 here in Georgetown. I chose to switch to Steve Woolums based on his community outreach, his character, and the attitude of his office when they are doing community functions. I left Becky's due to the insufficient knowledge of life insurance. Ten minutes later I recieved a phone call from Becky Jordan, not her office, Becky Jordan. This was the first time I had ever spoken to Ms. Jordan mind you. Ms. Jordan said she was confused as to why her agent was getting a quote for me then got a notification that we were switching agents. I informed her that was accurate. She then asked me why. I began explaining why, to which she interrupted me, talked over me, talked down to me, and would not allow me to speak. She asked me why I didn't come to her actually. I asked her why I would because in 2 years I had never met or spoken to her. She then proceeded to tell me that, "Well it says on there if you have any problems call your State Farm Agent.". I was floored. I asked her if she realized she was talking to me as if I was her child. I told her that she was lecturing me because I chose to switch agents. I informed her that I don't have to tell her that I am leaving her office if I don't want to. The whole time she kept talking. It was so bad my husband came out of his office, raised his voice so he could be heard and told her, "We have switched agents and that's the end of it Ms.Jordan. Have a nice day. Michelle, hang the phone up." There isn't a single reason I should ever be spoken to like this. Ms. Jordan is definitely not any example of how State Farm has been for my family in the past, or moving forward hopefully. We had an amazing agent with Victor Wilson State Farm, Jacksonville, North Carolina. To go from his office where we were treated like we mattered to her office, just disappointing."

"Very disappointed. We had wind damage to the roof and, after finding out they had raised my deductible from $1k to 1%, they told me we did not have enough damage for a full replacement, despite evidence to the contrary. Her office told me to stop calling because the decision was made and I had to live with it. Two days after filing a complaint with the KY Department of Insurance, we had a check in the mail. Would not recommend this office or this insurance company as a whole."
"Thank you for your time. However,you received a total roof replacement because I requested claims take another look at your claim . As an agent, of 45 years, I want every claim to be thoroughly and fairly investigated. I am sorry you did not realize the extra care my office gives to every customer. We also do not raise deductibles without customer approval. I am happy to discuss any issues that you may have. I am available by a simple phone call and you did not reach out to me. "
